About

Peptide therapy done properly. Finally.

ojava restore was built for patients who are ahead of the guidelines — and know it.

The research on peptide therapy is compelling. The clinical infrastructure around it has been almost nonexistent — a gray market on one side, a medical establishment that doesn't know what sermorelin is on the other. Neither is good enough.

We built a third option. Licensed providers. Tested pharmacies. Honest conversations about what we can and can't prescribe and why. Protocols built around your data, not a template.

What we believe.

Optimization is a legitimate medical goal. The fact that mainstream practice doesn't yet treat it as one isn't a reason to abandon clinical rigor — it's a reason to bring rigor to the patients who already know what they want.

Pharmacy sourcing matters more than most people realize. Compounds from gray-market sources have been independently tested and found to have significant potency variance and, in some cases, contamination. We work only with FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies with verified testing documentation.

Regulatory transparency is a feature. The current peptide regulatory environment is in flux. We tell you what's legal today, what's pending reclassification, and what we'll move on the moment a compound becomes legitimately compoundable.

Who this is for.

ojava restore patients tend to share a few things in common. They're 35 to 60. They train, or they used to and want to again. They sleep reasonably well but wake up feeling like they should feel better. They've read enough to have specific questions and they've tried to have those conversations with their GP and gotten a blank stare.

They're not looking for a shortcut. They're looking for clinical infrastructure around something they've already decided they want to pursue.

If that's you, we built this for you.
