What we do not do

We do not sell PHI. We do not disclose PHI to advertisers or marketing platforms. We do not use third-party advertising trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) on any page of this site.

Your rights

Right to inspect and copy your PHI.
Right to request correction of your PHI.
Right to request a restriction on how we use or disclose your PHI.
Right to an accounting of certain disclosures.
Right to a paper copy of this Notice.

Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Officer at privacy@ojavarestore.com or with the US Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
